What movie(s) have you walked out on?

I haven't walked out on any movies but I did rent "Broken Flowers" and it is definately one I would have.

Wicker Man was so bad, I walked out of my own living room.

I've walked out on Message In a Bottle and Wing Commander. Two wastes of film.

The one movie I wish I had walked out on and didn't was The English Patient. How that won the Oscar for Best Picture remains a mystery to me. :confused3 I am still traumatized by the wretchedness of it. :scared:

King Ralph with John Goodman. Terrible movie.

A.I., but it wasn't just because the movie was lousy, a Disney CM was putting the moves on me. This was when I was in FL for the CP.

I walked out of Jaws... 4? Maybe? I don't know which one it was. The bad one. :lmao:
We left the drive-in during A Knights Tale. We couldn't even stomach sticking around to make fun of it.

DH says his were The Posse and The Crow 2. I haven't seen either of them, maybe for good reason?

Really? I liked that one.

BTW - love your sheltie avatar :)

Thank you! :goodvibes I had to bribe him to get this picture. :sad2:

I knew Message In a Bottle wasn't the movie for me when my best friend asked me what time it was. I spent the next five minutes tilting my watch trying to figure it out (it was really dark). We then looked at each other, got a fit of the giggles and left. :hippie:

Sphere! We kept thinking there has to be more, or it will explain it's self at the end. Everyone that came out of the theater was saying what in the hell did I just watch.

I thought Battlefield Earth with John Travolta was horrible and also, The Blair witch project, it was supposed to be scary, but it was so bad it was funny.

LOL. Somehow I made it through that movie, but it was one of those where you are just left wondering why someone thought it was a good idea to make that movie. Bill Murray sitting on the couch watching paint dry does not make for an interesting movie. :rotfl: I did like his various old girlfriends though, especially the one with the nympho daughter. :rotfl: Its funny because DH loves to remind me of that choice when its my turn to pick the video we'll watch. He always says, "uh oh, this isn't going to be another Broken Flowers is it?" :rotfl:

I usually like artsy movies but that one took the cake.

Yeah, Broken Flowers would do it for me too. I was with a couple other people who thought it was pretty good. WTH?

:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I hear ya!!!!! It was BAD :headache:

The only two I've ever walked out on were Legend and Dr. Otto and the Riddle of the Gloom Beam.

Two that I wish I'd walked out on: The Blair Witch Project and World Trade Center (I can't believe that at one time I actually thought Oliver Stone was a quality filmmaker :confused3 ).

So many bad movies....so much time wasted.

My youngest screamed her head off in Mr. Magoo (can't say that I blamed her)
We all stopped watching Shrek about halfway through.
A Pierce Brosnan movie...so bad I've forgotten the name. :rotfl:
most recent was Talledega Nights....just thinking about that film gives me the heebie jeebies.

I can't think of any more right this minute I know they will come to me at some odd time!!

Lost in Translation is one I wish I had walked out on. It got such rave reviews that I just kept watching thinking "it must get better later in the movie". It didn't.:headache:
