I can't watch The Wizard of OZ anymore because of WICKED.

The unfair portrayal of Elphaba in TWoO is...just wrong.

WICKED "pwns" any day over TWoO.

its not an unfair portrayal of "elphaba" it was a correct portrayal of the wicked witch which was the character in the book.

"elphaba" was a retrofitted idea to the already concrete idea of the witch.

wicked wouldnt exist without the wizard of oz.

woz is untouchable.

I saw one of the Scary Movies in the theater....oh my gosh! I wasted $7 and 2 hours of my life on that. Another bad one is My Super Ex-Girlfriend with Uma Thurman. I should have listened to the reviews. I also did not like and was bored to tears in A Prarie Home Companion with Lindsay Lohan and I think Meryl Streep was in it too.

I tend to like movies based on factual events like Titanic and Catch Me If You Can (GREAT movie!!!). I'm really excited for the Amelia Earhart movie with Hilary Swank that is coming out later this year. I also do like the superhero movies.

The Wizard of Oz is a classic. I don't know how you can even say that Wicked is better than Wizard of Oz, but whatever floats your boat.

When I was outside playing, a plane flew over, with a helicopter like 2 feet beside it. I thought that the plane was crashing, and needed help.

But we looked online and they were filming for the Amelia Earhart.

Yeah I kind of hated Across the Universe. Seriously, I think every single person involved in that film was on acid when they made it. They mangled pretty much everything. I didn't even get halfway through, I shut it off during one of their acid trips that was scaring the holy hell outta me.

I actually thought that was a pretty good movie.
It was incredibly creepy, and I hated the ending.
We had to watch it in English class this year and read the book.
Completely different, but I still liked it.

Birds kept flying near the windows of our classroom, and we all freaked. The special effects were really crappy too lol.

I'm also not an Across the Universe fan. I liked the music and only because it was re-done. I am not, and never will be, a fan of the Beatles. I just...don't like their sound. I like some of their lyrics, but I dislike their sound. I'm more a fan of The Who and The Clash than The Beatles. And I'm a big anti-drug supporter, so all the blatant drug use in a movie that tons of impressionable young teens and kids are going to see made me sick.
