Worse Than Not Returning Cart to Cart Corral?

Leaving your cart in a handicapped parking spot!!!!!

Yesterday when I went to the grocery store I saw a woman finish loading her groceries into her car. Rather than walking the few steps to put the cart in one of the many cart corrals in the parking lot, she chose to walk a few less steps and put it in a handicapped parking spot!! I was so tempted to say something to her but by the time I got close enough she was already getting into her vehicle and I probably wouldn't have had the nerve to say anything anyway, but I just couldn't believe a person would do that!! I was already pushing another cart back to the store, or I would have taken it myself.

My husband has nerves of steel and would have knocked on her window. He embarasses me sometimes with his antics, but people that do stuff like that deserve it. He's been sworn at, swerved at and threatened, all because he said "hey, I think you forgot something!" People are crazy.
