Worse problems to have...

FINALLY able to modify my FOP fast pass! (Had a 4pm FP on the day we fly out - DME is picking us up at 3pm for our flight.)
For the first time in a MONTH, another time was offered...unfortunately, it was for 9:45a & we have a 9:50am Tusker reservation.
So, outside of continuing to try to modify the FP or the dining reservation, any ideas on how I can make this work? It’s just my son & I.

Same thing happened to me- I was able to get a 2:15 FoP on our last day with a 3:00 MagicalExpress pickup. I also tried for many days and finally picked up a 9:45am instead. Yay!

I don't believe you can make both work- sorry. Tusker House will give you a 15 minute grace period and it will be virtually impossible to get through FoP in just 15 minutes (allowing 5 minutes to book it to Tusker) even if it were a walk on, which it won't be. You could ride and hope Tusker House will take you 30 minutes late, which they very well might. The risk is that you'll be turned away and lose your credit card hold, and only you can decide if it's worth it.

I'm guessing it will be easier to change your breakfast reservation than to luck into an earlier time for FoP.

You'll have better luck changing your breakfast ADR than FoP.

Honestly, if it comes down to FoP vs. Tusker, I'd cancel Tusker. FoP is wayy too good to miss.

Thanks! Boo. I have a dining alert out for Tusker to hopefully find a better time. I wonder if we get to Tusker much earlier, if they’ll seat us? I guess I can try. Hoping that just having two of us plays in our favor.

You know, you could try to get to Tusker way early- with only two of you there's a pretty good chance they could seat you, as long as you're not going at a peak time. Again, if they can't there goes your deposit so it's still a risk.
