Anyone worry about swine flu (H1N1) when travel in DLR? We're planning to go in mid August but not sure if it's "safe" for our kids (2 and 4 yrs old). The California health website said H1N1 is "wide spread" but I can't find any more information. Thanks!

If you must blow your nose, then by all means- use a kleenex!
It isn't new. We did this when I first started teaching pre-k 20 years ago. The ideal thing would be to wash your hands after, but if you can't, I'd rather someone did this.
You are not alone, the agency where I work strongly advocates the cough/sneeze into your arm method. However, I still think the idea is disgusting.
My view is that when you cough or sneeze into your hands, even without a tissue, you can realistically wash your hands at the nearest restroom. However, your shirt sleeve is worn the whole day allowing for transfer of viruses and germs for hours through direct contact during casual bumping and rubbing against others on elevators, crowded buses, aircraft boardings, etc.
