worried about rain

It rained EVERY day on our first cruise, except CC day!

The ship was full, but it never seemed to be overcrowded. They scheduled a couple of extra movie showings (Lilo and Stitch came out while we were cruising), and everyone seemed fine (we didn't have any excursions scheduled, so we don't know how those went).

it rained a lot (our sailaway party in port canaveral had to be indoors because of the rain/lightening)...
it didn't rain on CC but it did rain in nassau (even though we were told it never rains there)..

the rain didn't bother our enjoyment at all...

i stayed pretty much to the adult areas so i never noticed the crowds, if there were any (we were on a packed july 4th sailing)...

bottom line, we're going back this july....so i guess we had a good time despite the rain...

DCL can't control the weather but they do try to make sure everyone has something to do to have a great time. THe rest is up to you and your attitude. Gotta go with the flow!

Rain, as Jacqui the swing Cruise Director for the Magic and Wonder says, is nothing but liquid sunshine! :)

We've been very lucky. In our five cruises it's only rained once. That was at Castaway Cay and it was light rain for a couple of hours or so. At any rate, we were in the water anyway so it wasn't a huge concern that it was raining!
