ok, I have to say something in this thread because I just love DisneyWorld so much, I hate to hear people bashing it. I'm 30 and have been going since I was 10 and just love the place.. I'm trying to get my fiance to convert into a disney lover as well...
so let me start by saying DisneyWorld pretty much has everything you could ever want to do there. Amusement parks, beaches, horseback riding, golf, spas, gyms, water parks, putt putt, fabulous restaurants, great shopping, it goes on and on...
as far as romance goes.... try eating in cinderellas castle for dinner... or at downtown disney go behind the house of blues (it's usually really quiet back there) and relax on a bench next to the water ... you could take a horse drawn carriage ride at the Port Orleans Riverside resort (we're doing that!)... you can watch the fireworks from the beach or a restaurant.. you can relax by the pool or get in the hot tubs.. get a couples massage... find quiet spots in the park and snuggle and kiss ... have candy and champagne delivered to your room .. if you want more ideas email me and I'll think of some more for you! I used to live in orlando and worked at disney... OH! I love going to the france pavillion in epcot as soon as they open up.. it's usually quiet around that time.. and getting some pastry and coffee for breakfast and it feels so romantic.. like you're really in france. haha.
you're going to have a great time!! I hope you come back here and let us all know how it went and how much you love disneyworld when you get back!
