Worried about ESTA's

I did our ESTA's on Monday and every time we get the same message that we have to wait 72 hours etc so Im not worried about that but when I went in yesterday to check the status of them it said can't retrieve them (I was on my phone so blamed it on that) Just been on the laptop and checked and again won't work cant find group. Should I be worried?

did you try to retrieve them one by one using the form on the left, instead of the group form on the right ?
there might be a typo somewhere.

So try with the other method, and enter your passport number and DOB
you should have access to your ESTA, if it works do this for each party member, and print the "authorisation approved" screen

I have only done it for a group the one on the right as I was emailed a group number reference. I was worried it was a typo too but I checked all the Estas over and over and over again. Even got DH to check. I may try the individual ones later then. :/

If that doesn't work is there any one I can ring/email?

Is it just because its still with in the 72 hours?
