World's best flat iron!!!

I just found the ONLY flat iron that has worked on my hair!

I have very long, very curly, very thick hair. Straightening it with a blow dryer and a round brush is impossible...my arms aren't that long. I have tried sooooo many flat irons (even the renowned "Chi") and haven't been satisfied by any of them. They either don't straighten, or they make my hair frizzy, or they burn my hair.

I've NEVER bought anything from an infomercial before, but I saw one last Saturday (early, early am) for the Maxiglide by Maxius, and the guy was doing hair live, and it looked like it worked, and there was a money back guarantee, so I thought I'd give it a try.

WOW! It works great! It has teeth and steam, so it straightens each strand of hair, and the steam makes it really silky. Even when my stylist does a blowout on my hair, it doesn't look this good!

I paid $80 for it, and it was worth every penny. I don't know how you'd order it online, but if you did a search for it, it shouldn't be too hard to find.

I'm glad you found something that works so well! My dd has super curly hair, we are pretty successful with a curlmaster flat iron. But, we went through a couple of duds and a lot of tears before we found one that worked!!

that's awesome, I think I saw that infomercial! My mom got me a chi for my birthday next month ... I am like Pavlov's dogs, waiting for the chi. I salivate when I think of the chi.

But now I kind of wish I'd tried the Maxius!

I love my Maxiglide!!! I ordered it about 3 months ago before our move to Florida in order to attempt to combat the humidity down here. So far it works great, but I guess the real test will be in May when it gets REAL hot!!! I am so glad I bought it even though my DH was not amused I bought a hair straightener for $80!

Well this sounds interesting! I use a Chi and I've had it for almost 3 years. It's done pretty well with my hair, but some days it seems like it just doesn't wanna work all the way.
