World Showcase with teen...

My teen daughter, now 17 has always loved WS. My daughter gets a henna tattoo every trip in Morocco. She has jewelry from every country (not expensive more like a bracelet or ankle bracelet, pearls, etc)
She loves to talk to the CMs and eat the different foods.

My boys love it also and they are now 12 and 13 (they love Japan and China's shops).

They also love the entertainers, and they love when I get picked and make a fool out of myself...

My teen DD and I love WS! We always get a henna tattoo in Morocco as well. We also do the pick-a-pearl in Japan.

My teen has a bottomless pit of a stomach, so we used the dining plant this year and it worked perfect for us. She was able to snack and eat around world with relatively no input from the adults on her choices.

We also make a point to talk to a cast member at ever country's pavilion. We will come up with a question a head of time to ask. Some of our favorite memories are talking to the CM's.

For DD's B-day we booked an Illuminations cruise, it was our favorite part of the trip!

My 15 year old DD could spend her entire WDW trip in the World Showcase, as long as she had an endless supply of cash for food and shopping, lol.

As many others posted, her favorite places are the Japan pavilion shops and snacking around the WS. She also loves shopping in Morocco, China, and France. She enjoys poking around all the nooks and crannies of each country, riding Maelstrom and Gran Fiesta, meeting characters, and taking silly pictures with her friends.

We usually go to WDW during the Food & Wine Festival, so she really loves to get snacks at many of the booths around the WS. During the rest of the year, she loves the Caramel Kitchen in Germany, the Patisserie in France, and the Kaki Gori in Japan.

No to Phineas and Ferb...we tried it last time in Mexico. I thought it was fun but she informed me that it was "babyish and lame." Lol! Maybe she'll play it less cool this time.

I love all of the suggestions, and I think she'd love the henna too! I keep checking this AND together we're making a list of things to do in each country around WS. Shopping, food, 2 attractions, shows, pick a pearl, henna, talking to CMs, spotting hidden mickeys...oh boy! THANKS so much for all of your input! I'm psyched AND so is she!

My teen enjoyed WS as long as we didn't shop excessively or see the movies. He liked to eat in the restaurants and check out the museums and the attractions were fine with him too. He wasn't much for the entertainment but never said much because he knew that I liked to see some of it.
