World Showcase Plan with 3pm ADR at Akershus

My morning plan is FW starting with 820 PPO ADR at Garden Grill
Soarin
Living with the Land
Seas with Nemo
Test Track (FP window 920 - 1020, planning to get there around 10:15)
Spaceship Earth (FP window 1020 - 1120, plan to get there around 11am)
Character Spot (FP window 1130-1230, plan to get there around 1130)
Hit Club Cool and introduce my friends to Beverly
Then wander the World Showcase, I was originally thinking about an afternoon break but (finally) got an ADR at Akershus, which is one of my favs because princesses.

I also plan to stay until Illuminations, so it's going to potentially be a long day, which I am not a fan of.

Also should we start at Canada or Mexico? I lean towards Mexico and take our sweet time...

Should I give up on the afternoon ADR and try to get a dinner at Akershus or what??

I think, if you want to take an afternoon break, you may want to try for a dinner reservation. If not, I would probably start in Mexico and, yes, take your time so you hit Norway at about 2:45 pm to check in for your ADR.

You'll be done with your FPs by noon, on the Canada side. I'd just take a leisurely stroll around starting on that side. Pop into some shops, see some characters, try to catch the entertainment, and then you'll be at your ADR.

I have almost the same schedule as you on my Epcot day! Lol. 10:00 GG and 2:50 Akerhaus.
I'm planning to start on the Canada side as soon after 11 as possible (we have little kids with us so are skipping Soarin, Test Track, Mission Space..)
So am not even touching the East side of Future World.
I figure 3.5 hours is about right to wander the World Showcase with little kids. They will probably be done after that.
Will try to get our FEA FP for right before or after Akerhaus, meet Anna and Elsa and then head back to the Poly.

I may come back alone to the World Showcase another night and put DS in Lilo's Playhouse.
Wandering around eating and shopping alone sounds heavenly!
