My advice would be to just stroll around World Showcase and see what is offered at the QS spots in each country as well as in the shops. Many of the QS spots and shops offer country specific snacks/sweets and wines/beers/adult beverages. My DH and I also really like Tutt Gusto Wine Cellar in Italy. The have a little room off to the side with little love seats and tables where we get a bottle of wine and share some of their small plates. I'm not what they have in terms of dessert there. There is also La Cava inside the Mexico Pavilion. They have great margaritas and you can sit and get chips and salsa, etc but I don't think they have dessert. You do not needs ADRS at either spot but both places are pretty small so you might have to wait a bit to be seated. There are really any traditional bars in Epcot where you can sit and kind of linger over drinks. Besides La Cava and Tutt Gusto my DH and I just walk around and get drinks at the various kiosks. One place you might like is the Ice Cream place in France. They serve and ice cream martini there - your choice of ice cream and your choice of alcohol poured over he ice cream in a martini glass. They do NOT skimp on the alcohol LOL!! We also like the Saki "bar" in the Mitsukoshi store in Japan. The kiosk in front of France has one of my favorite drinks - Grand Marnier Orange Slush and the Joy of Tea kiosk in China has my other favorite - Tipsy Ducks in Love. Both are sweet beverages. Strolling around World Showcase is our absolute favorite thing to do for a date!
