Which attractions at the World Showcase would you say "do not miss"?
I should probably mention that we are going to WDW on our honeymoon (so no kids will be with us), and neither of us has been to WS.
Thanks!

The "fairly" new Gran Fiesta Tour in Mexico, Maelstrom in Norway and The American Adventure.

Add to those:

Canada 360 Film (w/ Martin Short)
China 360 Film
France Wide-Screen Film

The Voices of Liberty (American Adventure "pre-show")
Canada's Off Kilter band
UK's Street Players (outdoor show)
UK's British Invasion (Beatles tribute band)
France's Serveur Amusant (outdoor show)

I was wondering the same thing!!

Every time I've gone to EPCOT with my kids, we have spent most of our time in FW because they think WS is boring.

I am going to WDW solo and I plan to spend 2 days at EPCOT - mostly in the WS :cool1: :yay: :cheer2:

Keep those suggestions coming :thumbsup2

That's kind of a funny question. The way we have always done WS is to simply browse. We start at one side, and browse our way through the shops and rides/movies. When the waits are long, we skip the rides, but not usually the movies (they're really good). The shops are entertaining even if you don't spend a cent. It's not a rushing kind of place - it's a wandering place. My favorite explorations include the temple in Mexico (it's SOOO cool and refreshing in there), the gardens in China? and Japan and the UK, the fountain in France (so pretty at night).

But I guess if there's one thing you don't want to miss, it should probably be the live entertainment. The Times Guide at the front gate should help here. Highlights from previous trips: the musicians in Japan (WOW!), the acrobats in . . . Morocco? or was it China?, and Off Kilter in Canada (not to mention Jammitors in FW - but that's OT). But don't limit yourself! Just go and see whatever you see - you won't be disappointed. And if you don't have time to see it all, well I guess you'll have to come back! :)

My DD9 loves EPCOT.:lovestruc Both FW and WS. It's not that fun for the adults but one of her fav things to do is do the masks at the Kidcots at each country. :goodvibes She likes the boat rides-Malestrom and Mexico. Trying on hats in the Mexican pyramid. We always take a picture of her wearing a giant sombrero. Ditto the big troll in Norway.

Just walking around the world is fun-take your time and you'll find plenty to do.

I love WS. It is my favorite part of any of the WDW parks. And, I love all the attractions PPs have listed, other than the relatively new Donald themed Mexico boat ride.

That being said, nothing to me is really "can't miss" in the sense of some of the top attractions at the other parks. I guess I just enjoy the theming and ambience of WS more than the attractions.

We browse through also. We usually plan at least one evening to do WS. We take our time through each pavilion & enjoy looking in all the stores (much easier without kids.) I really enjoy the live music in Morocco & Canada, while DH enjoys the fact that we can purchase "adult beverages" in every country:lmao: It's a fun place & I hope you enjoy your trip!

I never miss Impressions de France! It is a beautifully done film, you get to sit down in comfy theater chairs, and the music is wonderful! And it is very romantic for honeymooners......:cloud9:
