will The Regal View Restaurant & Lounge,open on May 15, 2025.

Also how similar would the the regal view restaurant and lounge that Cinderella royal table in Disneyland Florida.

No, it won't be open next week. What opens is World Premier, which is in the old part of the park.
Regal View will be in the new area, and will probably open together with the Frozen area somewhere in 2026.

We have no idea how similar it will be. Only one sketch has been released which doesn't show much.
Disneyland Paris already has 2 princess restaurants, I assume it's going to be the same vibe. Upscale dining, a 3 figure price tag per adult, and 4-5 princesses at dinner. It will probably be hard to get a dinner reservation as it will be a lakeview, and you can see the new evening show from here. That's going to be the hot ticket.
