World Passport Collection-England

Has anyone used World Passport in London, England? The only places listed in my guide under London are two for the Concierge Collection- The Dorchester and the Royal Garden Hotel?

Has anyone stayed in either of these hotels using their points and, if so , how would you rate the experience?

The Dorchester is an old and respected dowager. Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton used to stay there, and it still has a fusty grandeur--Veddy English. Definitely not second-class accomodations!
