World of Color Question!

We would like to see World of Color this year because we've seen Fantasmic more times than I can count. We're a little unsure on how it works? Where exactly in DCA is it? Where do we get, and why do we need fast passes? What time does it start?

I know this is all stuff that could wait until we get there to figure out, but we're trying to plan!
