I am new to these boards and hope I am posting correctly. I am going to WDW next week and staying at the World Dolphin. I have arranged to stay on the concierge level and would like some
suggestions as to what part of the hotel to request or maybe a specific room number. It is our 30th anniversary and I am trying to make it as special as I can.

Most likely you will be put in the Center of the building rather then a wing unless you ask specifically for something different. If I am remembering my directions correctly you can be in the west end of the Dolphin and this puts you close to the grotto pool as well as the gym. If you are in the east end of the hotel you will be closer to the boardwalk, YC/BC. Its all a matter of personal preferance I have always stayed in the center area Lake view the view is good and the walk wont kill anyone (well it might but I pray it wont happen) check out glo's post in this forum, it is full of great info about the Dolphin. You can always ask for the east wing with an epcot view so you can watch the fireworks from your room......
