worksheet for comparing prices?

WE're planning our first trip in over 8 years...and much has changed. My major debate is over whether or not to buy the discovery package. With a family of five (kids ages 4, 6 and 11), I'm wondering if it is worth the extra cost of the package versus just booking the hotel and tickets and paying "out of pocket" for dining, recreation, etc. Is there some "worksheet" or website where I can fill in projected costs (i.e. for sitdown restaurants where we'd like to dine, babysitting fees, park passes, etc.) and compare out of pocket costs to the cost of the package
