I have to have my works cited in alpha order for my essay. I'm trying to remember, if the works cited starts with a "The" does it go into the T's, or at the BEGINNING of the works cited page? I.E., which would be first between these two?
The American Dental Hygienists Association Adult Oral Health. 15 June 2006

Association for Career and Technical Education [School Spotlight on Sinclair
Community College] Techniques (Association for Career and Technical
Education) v. 80 no. 8 (November/December 2005) 15 June 2006 p.48-9
Also, I only have one works cited by an actual author. Does that go in alpha order with the rest, or at the beginning, or at the end? Example here:
Koop, CE. Oral Health 2000 Second National Consortium Advance Program, 2, 1993.

Shasta College The Dental Hygiene Facility 20 June 2006

Thanks much for anyone that can help...can't get ahold of my professor, and I'd rather have this done TONIGHT!
