Workout Question

I have a pool party to go to in a week and I was wondering if you guys had any ideas to make me feel more comfortable with myself. I'm planning on running, working out again and drinking a lot of water, i generally eat healthy already. help would be appreciated, thnx!
 
You really are not going to see a lot of results in just a week. You will start to feel healthier though by then which is just as good.

Its seems like you are already on the right track. Also make sure to take ALL soda/sweets out of your diet. You will see a MAJOR difference in just a couple of weeks. I did this a year ago and lost 2 lbs in two weeks and I just looked a lot slimmer and less bloated. Although now I have become a little more lenient, I still try and keep it to minimum.[I usually drink maybe one Dr. Pepper a week....and I love twizlers/oreos so yeah lol]

Also another thing about diet. Lots of fruits and veggies. Veggies more than fruits. Don't eat them all the time of course, but if you feel like snacking grab some carrots or what not.

It seems like you have the water thing down. so yeah :]

It also seems like you have the exercise down, as long as you are getting a good solid half hour a day of cardio[it can be broken up if you want, as if your like me and are busy you can't devote a full half hour at one time lol] You can also do ab exercises everyday if you would like, its the only muscle in your body you can though. I usually split mine up anyways as I hate being sore. If you do do toning, make sure you don't work the same muscle group two days in a row.

& always stretch before and after.

I am pretty much obsessed with working out, I don't know why, but I love the way it makes me feel. :rotfl:
 
ok, to feel beter about yourself

wear only your swim suit areound the house as much as possible... and try to invite your friends over

let them know why though
 

Crunches, six-inchers, and what I call "The Love Handler" (lay on your side and pull your shoulders off the ground, without using legs or arms) really help tone up the abs, and quickly.

I like doing wall squats (leaning against a wall in the sitting position for an extended period of time) and lunges to tone up my legs.

And for the arms, I regular push ups. I also work my triceps by finding a low, sturdy surface and put him hands on the edge and lay my feet out away from the object, then do a push-up like movement. It's really hard, but it works.

And you have to work your back! Lay on your stomach with your legs fully extended and your arms fully extended staight out infront of you. then lift your legs and arms up at the same time, kinda like a backwards crunch movement. Do that as many times as you did crunches.

And that, my friends, is my personal whole body work out. lol And it really works. It might take longer than a week though.
 
I suggest jsut eating normall but instead of 3 meals 2 snacks and 1 very big meal with fruits and stuff excersise like a hour day

but i am sure you will lpook fine and get some compliments not matter what you do
