Working with Dreams Unlimited to book

I have booked most of my cruises with Dreams Unlimited and they have always been wonderful! For a newbie, I would highly recommend them as they will walk you through everything you need to know/do in the course of planning. They are all Certified Disney Specialist, with much experience with the product. And of course, their on board credit is always a nice perk...free money! :thumbsup2

I always use DU travel now, they they have been great.

I agree. At a minimum, it may cover your gratuities. So, if you factor it into the overall cost of your cruise, it sort of like a discount you wouldn't get by booking direct.

They are very helpful, and can answer any questions you may have, and provide advice for you through the process. You don't pay more booking through DU Travel, so why not.......

We are using DU for our upcoming Alaskan cruise. We totally felt comfortable doing it on our own but why pass up the on-board credit?

Our agent has been great and takes care of any issues and answers any questions immediately. Will likely book all future cruises through DU.

I used them for our first Disney trip in 2012 and our first cruise last year. I also booked with them again for our cruise next year. They are great!

I think it can depend a lot on the agent. I used them for our first cruise and land portion (wdw) after. Our agent was not great. She mis-spelled one of my children's names on the booking and it was a PITA to get fixed. She took up to a week to answer an email. Despite this, I thought I'd give her/DU one more shot. Sent an email asking to be notified when new bookings came out with a specific request. Never heard from her. I figured if an agent can't respond to an email asking them to continue being your TA, they are not worth my time. Now I use Costco. No issues at all with them and a bigger "payout" in terms of money back due to the cash card.

We are very happy with the service we receive from DU. I can't remember the last time we did a DCL or WDW vacation and not use them. We have our eighth cruise booked through DU, Norwegian fjord and Iceland.

We always use an agency for cruises due to the onboard credit. Totally easy to book yourself, but why pass up a 4-6% discount essentially?
We've used DU and SWV. Similar experiences, mostly good.
