Wendy, I am sorry for your loss. I will pray for your continued strength! --The cravings for the white stuff passes and it gets easier and it is almost freeing to be able to leave it alone! It's like KNOWING you dodged a bullet or something!!

Jen, try asking yourself after every couple of bites if you really want some more ....even of the good stuff. You will learn the signals your body is telling you! And it will be easier.
Dave, my friend, I LOVE bread, but I have found that real bread with seeds and grains and stuff tastes good, especially when the first ingredient isn't: Bleached wheat flour....How do you bleach wheat, anyway?? Clorox?
