1 point for water
1 point for dairy
.5 pts for veggies
1 pt for new recipe (vegetarian chili)
1 pt for weight loss
didn't try a new food
can't even remember my temptation this week, but am sure I failed that one
So, 6.5 points this week.
Everyone is doing great. Jackie, it's understandable why your week was bad, so don't worry. You'll be able to make up for it next week.
This week's exercise challenge needs to be upper body, because so many of us are having lower body aches and pains. I'm thinking triceps. So, how about 20 tricep extensions on each arm, 4 days this week?
Oh, and my temptation this week is going to be peanut butter. It's not bad in moderation, but I'm eating too much of it, so I'm having none this week.
