My name Is steven I had to move from New jersey to Florida back in December 2022 due to a family tragedy. I filled out a application to work at alidi the got back to me they are going to invite me to a interview event. Has anyone worked at alidi? How is it?

So did you decide to stay in Florida? I have never worked at Aldi but when I shop there, the employees seem to work hard. Good luck on the interview. Just show them that you are willing to work hard.

Assuming you mean Aldi, I never worked there but I did work for Publix. It's good honest work, not too difficult but not too boring. Most people start out either cashiering or stocking shelves. If you're comfortable interacting with the public and don't mind the annoying parts like cleaning up spills or wiping down restrooms, you'll do well, and there's always an opportunity to move up. Good luck! I'm an Aldi's shopper and they have always seemed to hire good people and treat them well. I have heard that they are a good company to work for but don't have any direct experience. If you live near a Buccees, they pay really well and treat their employees well. Welcome to FL! I'm also an NJ transplant (I swore I would never leave the east coast. Now I swear I'll never move back).
