I hate when I have a letter in the correct placement and then forget to use it there on my next guess. Still, not sure I would have gotten it without my 3rd guess.

I used a different strategy today. After my second guess I realized there were a few choices for the first letter. So I”wasted” my third guess and put in some of those letters. Glad I did.

I do this sometimes too, especially if I think a letter is being used twice. Sometimes I have to waste a guess to narrow it down.

I just made it today!!

Makes up for yesterday when I supposedly got it in two... but was given an unintended hint by a kid who didn't realize that helping me after he'd seen his mom play wasn't quite fair. (He thought they were all different words.) I'm pretty sure I would have gotten it, but probably in three or four.
