THIS IS EXACTLY what I thought when I went to delete my name and my families names...I decided it's not worth all of the JUNK MAIL to go on there and enter MY e-mail address...If I enter MY e-mail address, it's just giving them MORE INFORMATION to put somewhere else, or to e-mail me CRAP that I don't want!!!

I'd say PLEASE DON'T ERASE/DELETE INFO on this site, because you actually GIVE them MORE info. than they already have!!!!

Someone posted this on FB a few weeks ago so I checked out our info. The only thing they had correct was our names and that we are married. All the other stuff was so far off track it was hilarious. I got a good lol out of it.

Crap... If it really is just an email hoarder, then I screwed up by linking them I just hate sites like this. Any time I find my personal information online, I remove it, but I'm pretty vigilant about it. Not everyone is

I checked our names, my parents and my in-laws. Other than name, address and phone number all the info was just hilariously wrong. I figure with that high of a failure rate, we're safe.

ETA: It said that DH and I own an RV. We don't. Not even close.

Let's see...what else... oh, it had my dad's age off by a few decades in one direction and mom's a few decades off in the other direction. Again --->

My in-laws info was whacky whacky whacky too.

Well, I don't know where they are getting their information, but it isn't very accurate. It said that I am married...I'm not. It said that my home is worth 1M+...it's not. And, it said that I live in a below par neighborhood. Surprising, since my house is worth 1M+.

It said that my friend resides in the Odessa, Missouri cemetery. I think this will come as a big surprise to her. She doesn't even live in Missouri.

It says my brother is into home decorating. That's funny!

I'm proud to announce that my brother was renamed (compliments of the website). However, almost all of the information was correct on my family. It's probably not worth it to delete it though.

Everyone that has gone on there has now just confirmed, to them anyway, that the information they have is accurate because you asked them to remove it. Most of that information is easily accessed on the web already-look at 411.com and they will have your name, address, phone number and age there. It is probably something like that and then they add the rest of the stuff based on demographics of your area. Mine said I play hockey--never have in my life. I looked up several people that are not on there at all and the ones I did find their information is wrong.

I am not worried about this. the only correct info on us is public info. Names, street and town (they did not list our house number, but that is public info anyway) phone number and the fact we have lived here for 14 years. All public information.

Funny thing though, it seems I also live in a million dollar house but I do not have central air or centeral heat!! LOL!!

They also said I do not have a pool which is funny because if you google earth my house you can see the pool!!

I just used an email address I use for spam mail. A confirmation link got sent to the email address I gave & I had to click on it to complete the removal. It did delete my info immediately.
