Woot and Acer netbook

Did anyone else get the Acer netbook from woot about a week ago? If so did you have any trouble? I plugged it in and it asked to insert boot disk, but there isn't one. I have been trying to get through to Acer for a few days but I can only stay on hold for so long. Any help out there would be greatly appreciated.

The error message you're getting indicates there's actually an issue, likely one you can't fix. The hard drive is either corrupted, disconnected, or otherwise not functioning properly.
