So we had been planning a trip in jan 2010, the two year anniversary of our first trip as a family.
Then we heard about the new promotion!
Suddenly things clicked into place, and within the last 2 hours we have settled on a date (depending upon when the kids school starts, it's going to be late august early september), gotten a budget together to afford it, and started planning.
So, in about 145 days, we will be announcing to the boys that we are going to disney, and they need to get into the car, five months early!
BUT, because this is a last minute trip instead of flying we are going to be driving, and are also going to be looking for something to do about halfway there. We are driving from Western NY, so I'm thinking somewhere around north carolina, virginia, etc.....
Anyone have any good ideas about what a family with two boys, aged 5 and 6 can do to take a couple of hours break from the car?
