Blimey Kaylee !! I am impressed, I'm hoping to finish mine in two weeks when we go for a shopping weekend to the Trafford Centre in Manchester (woohoo, I'll be able to go to the Disney Store)

I also have the mulled wine smelling christmas candles out too.

I have a theory that we DISers love Christmas because it is a bit like Disney and we all are a similar type of person who likes to have fun and that is why this is such a great time of year for us. I can't explain this any better but I hope you know what I mean.

I've just bought a mulled wine air freshener too, and I love Bailey's as well - I think we must have been separated at birth

Lit my Christmas Pudding Yankee Candle last night. I had lit my YC Happy Holidays candle whilst doing my christmas shopping online yesterday afternoon. DBF thinks I have finally lost the plot

Do you go real or fake?

I love the smell or a real tree but not the mess!

Any tips on the best type to get, Ones that will last about 6 weeks and not shed every last needle?

Sorry Jodie, but I have a fake tree, I couldn't put up with the mess as my tree goes up at the end of November (woohoo, in 6 weeks time)

Always had real until I saw the pre-lit ones available - they're so effective and large enough for my extensive (some might say excessive!) collection of baubles. I also get a small potted real one which IMO doesn't shed too much and I can then plant it in the garden.

I'm going to boots on wednesday evening as there having one of the special Christmas Evenings Get some more shopping done then Everytime i mention Christmas DH just rolls his eyes I have to do it all by myself this year... what a shame
