**Woohoo !! It's Christmas Day **

Wrapped all my presents and put the tree up on Saturday. I've got 2 Christmas meals out, one on the 17th with work, and one on the 19th with the girls I used to work with, we are going for a curry though no turkey!

Tom has a night out on the 23rd. Although I wouldn't inflict a group of rowdy lawyers and businessmen on anyone.

You know what, we're going out as a family to a very nice restaurant on December 23rd. It's officially for my DD's 25th birthday but I'm going to pretend that it's my Christmas work outing... Next year, I'm starting university in September so hopefully that'll provide some Christmas socialising opportunities...

I have a Winnie the Pooh advent calendar and Andy has Doctor Who. I was very excited to start opening it on Saturday! We put our decorations up yesterday, but we have a real tree so won't be getting that for a couple of weeks yet.

A BSc in Psychology and Criminology, Nat. I had an interview on Friday and it went well so I've been offered a place to start in September 2008. OMG I'll be the oldest student in town...

I have got an advent calendar but haven't opened it for a couple of days (trying to stick to the diet until weigh-in tomorrow )

I can't believe how quickly Christmas seems to have crept up on us - only 3 weeks to go

Just to say Asdas are selling litre bottles of Baileys for £8. We got four bottles as they are a bargain. Bottles of Absolute Vodka very good value too, but can get these cheaper over in Spain when out there for New Year.

My walk home from work looks so chrismassy now all the high street lights are up.

Got DS birthday to sort out on monday of next week.
DH is taking friday off to take me christmas food shopping which should have been done by now.
Two presents still to get & one is a main present for my future daughter inlaw.
It's going to be a busy weekend for us.
The up side is i think i have got the parcels ready on the side wrapped ready for posting on friday. so there could be hope for me yet.
