I'm all done! As we are off next week (Woo hoo! i've been waiting all year to say that ) I have had to get all my stuff done early. The cards and presents are all bagged, wrapped and ready to go and I have all our holiday shopping pretty much done too. I delivered my first lot of gifts on Wednesday. We are having an 'unnofficial' Christmas Day next Sunday with turkey lunch at my Mums. I want to put my tree up today but DH is complaining it's too early. I'll keep working on him

We decorated the house now, our living room now looks like Santa's Grotto! The tree won't be up for another couple of weeks as we always get a real one. Will post some pics when I get chance.

On another note, we heard a lot of christmas songs this morning. First we watched "20 bad but brillent christmas songs", some of which we thought were cool. Although, others were not (one of them was a group of 4 black people were only one of them was actually singing! ).

The highlight of this was highlighting what they couldn't get away with in the videos/songs nowadays. For example, we said that in "Mistletoe and Wine", you can't go around saying "Drinking Christian Wine", and in the video for "Merry Christmas Everyone" you couldn't have a snowball fight with kids or kiss a small child on the cheek. My brother then said while watching "Do they know it's christmas time?" that you couldn't have Cliff Richard on TV...

Woohoo !! Christmas has come early in the mandymouse household, this morning our tickets arrived and I also received a little package from one of the Disers that we are meeting on our Cruise and it was full of lovely Disney stationery, cross stitch sets and bits & bobs for the girls

I've got the Christmas Music on in the car ~ Lovely driving into work listening to it

I started wearing my Father Christmas ear-rings yesterday, I've also got some Snowman ones. So I'm really getting into the Christmas spirit

I've also got a Santa Hair Clip, so will need to dig that out as well.
