Woohoo, I got Fantasmic Dinner Package!!!

Today at lunch I was sitting outside, and decided to call Dining, just to see if they had any Fantasmic Dinner Packages open on Tuesday, May 3. I already have a PS at H&V, but it's not part of the Fantasmic Dinner Package. Lo and behold, they had a BUNCH of times open for the package on that day!! I booked for 6:00, but they had at least 5 other times for that day...I had given up hope after trying (unsuccessfully) 3 times, I'm so glad I decided to call!

That's the best advice I can give...just keep calling! They apparently open more times up as the month gets closer, and also they probably have some cancellations

I called yesterday for June and was told that they were all sold out for our week, but to call back at the 30 day mark and they would open more times up then. I will try again at 30 days!

I made my Fantasmic package a few weeks ago at Mama Melrose but could only get 4PM. I called today to see if any later openings had been added and was told they should open some later time slots within the week. Here's hoping I can get one between 5PM & 6PM.

It can be a real value if you were planning to eat at a sit-down in MGM that night anyway. I always try to do it at least once per trip. I've done it at Brown Derby many times, but am going to try for a H&V ressie this next trip.

Same thing I'm hearing when I call dining...no late time yet for early June, but they expect them to open up very soon. So, I keep checking back and hoping that the pixie dust falls my way. We have never done Fantasmic because of the lines, and this time I said, fooey, we're doing the package and seeing it. I guess it might have helped if we didn't just book the package about 10 days ago. Oh, well, keeping positive, if we don't get the package this trip, then I will in December.

OP inspired me to look into this. This afternoon I called and got Hollywood & Vine Fantasmic package for May 2 - 6:00pm. There were other spots open as well.

Now, if I could only get all my other PS's for times I actually want - then I'd be cookin'!

I'm curious about this as well. I tried this past weekend for a regular PS at MM and they said it was booked.
