WooHoo! Got to share w/ my fellow DVCers

Less then two weeks away from our trip to HHI and we are very psyched for that!!!!! Spent part of my morning tracking down little things to keep the kids entertained for the long car ride down there.

I'm sitting on the couch watching tv this evening (and listening to a local radio station) and the DJ was doing his shift live from the Disney Wonder. Anyway, as part of his last night on the ship he pulled a name (from 40 registered listeners) as the Grand Prize Winner of a 4 night Disney cruise for 4. AND I GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you believe it????? I was shaking!!!!

I know NOTHING about a cruise (only cruise I've ever been on has been in my dreams)!!! Don't know best times to sail in terms of water calmness (if there is even such a time), crowds, weather, etc....

I AM JUST PINGING OFF THE WALLS and had to share with people I knew would understand!!!

Laura, CONGRATULATIONS!!! You are in for a fantastic cruise!! The time frame we sailed in was JULY 2000,on the Wonder and the seas were so calm! Be sure to check out Atlantis for a visit, we never did and I was sorry not to have seen it. Joan

BTW, I just noticed you are from St. Charles. That's one of my (2nd) favorite places to vacation! DH does tax lectures in your state for Uof M every year and I tag along the 1st week and hang out in St. Charles for a couple of days.
