The sea of red in the Saddledome was most impressive. I don't think I've ever seen an arena be so completely filled with one color.

Does anyone know where I can get a maple leaf tie like the one Don Cherry was wearing tonight?

What a heartbreaker Thought for sure Calgary was going to win that one.

Syracusewolverine- I also loved the way everyone had a jersey on. At the Tampa game they all had white t-shirts on but they forgot the fact that you are supposed to wear the same color as your team.
Did you see Don's hat at the beginning, that was pretty cool also.

Now I remember why I don't watch hockey very often anymore! I thought I was going to have a heart attack! Anyone else find they have to close their eyes and cover their ears when the puck was in Calgary's end? No? It's just me I guess... Didn't help much did it....

I don't know if I can bear to watch the next game!!

I am so torn about who to cheer for in the playoffs. I am cheering for Calgary because duh, it's a Canadian team. But on the Lightning Brad Richards plays(#19, he is pretty good) and he is a hometown boy.

Last night I was cheering for both, geez I felt so bad when either team would score.

Well, Congratulations to Tampa!

I guess it's nice too, that a Hamilton hometown boy (Dave Andreychuk) (sp?) finally won a Stanley Cup.

I am devestated. The Flames are still the best team, it's too bad the NHL didn't want Canada to win ( considering Tampa's 2 top players are Canadian!) At least we have Iginla and our fans are ever lasting here in Calgary! Should be interesting when Iginla and Richards play together for Team Canada!!
