We just returned from Woody's Bunkhouse at Acadia Estates, we have stayed at Windsor Hills before but we found Acadia Estates quieter and more upscale for the same price or less 
Woody's bunkhouse is 6 bedrooms, a themed boys' room and a princess room, the house was so well stocked there was nothing we didn't have.
The pool was pretty private, we could see one set of neighbours but it didn't bother us, super big pool deck and the covered area was bigger than WH.
We will always stay at this location now, we were at AK in 6 minutes and didn't have to travel on any highways.
