I don't know what the trends are now for ROFR with the economy being the way it is now, but I do hope you pass it though!

TSS is where bought 3 years ago and we are very happy with them

There was a $71 pp contract that cleared ROFR this year. But the buyer paid closing and MF's. What did you specify about the fees? Disney likes lower cost per points contracts where the seller pays the fees and the contract is fully loaded (all of last years and this years and next years points). Disney likes a bargain just like we do.

You should have no problem at 71. We just (last week) had ours pass at 69 for 100 points at SSR. We paid 2010 Maint and closing.

I think you stand an excellent chance of passing ROFR.

I bought at $67 a couple months ago.
