Just booked our Dec 05 trip on the wdw site at the WL....DH is such a good sport about my wdw obsession, he only had two concerns

1) We are not getting that meal plan and eating "counter slop" once a day are we?

2) Are we paying all that extra money for some nuts and dried out apple crisp? (referring to last years concierge stay).

That is too funny!! Sounds like my DH!!

That is funny :jumping4:

I am getting ready today to book our 05 MNSSHP stay at the poly. My wife has said the same thing about the meal plan packages.

Have a great day?

How different everyone is!! I was completely gung ho on our 1st Poly concierge stay. Yes, I loved it but can still see doing without it. My DH and DD's were bummed when I told them we were staying at POR for our summer trip. My DH lives off of diet coke, so I got my monies worth there. My DD's loved going to the lounge by themselves. They were 11 and 12 at the time and our room was right near the lounge!!

Oh well I guess they will survive my "budget trip".

I am a little disapointed that you can't do a longer than an 8 night package with a 7 day hopper online.

Once the price comes out, I am going to WDW reservations and find out if you can do more than 8 nights there.

I tried to price out a package and after about 15 minutes of processing the request, I got an error message that their system was down.

I would say try again. I am on there now trying to get the price difference between CBR and AKL.

We felt the same way about our recent Poly trip. My dh hasn't always been gung ho about Disney, but he really enjoyed this trip as well as the concierge services. My sons loved it! We allowed them to go to the lounge by themselves sometimes, they're 11, 12 & 15. Even my dh thinks it was worth the money and I got my fill of diet coke, too! :earboy2:

yep, will do again someday. Alot of people have asked if it is worth it and I think if you have 5 in a room at an extra 90 dollars a day it's not a bad deal.
