I have been excercising (for the first time in my life if 50 years), and counting points on WW since February 2, 2004 and the scale has been sooooo sluggish. Well this morning I got on that dreaded scale and I lost 4.5 more pounds to total 8.5 in just about 4 weeks!!!!!! Woo Hoo!!!! I guess the exercise really does pay off. I've never lost like this!!!! I also stopped eating ANYTHING (even if I had the points left) after 8 pm. I heard the trainer on "Extreme Makeover" tell his group of people that last week.
Thanks to those who gave me a lift while I went through my slump...On to my 20 pounds to lose goal!
