Woo-hoo, first day on Broadband!!!

Wow - talk about fast!

We have had to wait for Broadband to be connected to our telephone exchange - some local man started a campaign ages ago now to see who wanted it, we had to wait until the magic figure was reached before anything was installed.

No more waiting for posts to load and refreshing pages of pictures - I LOVE it!

Byyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

Pretty cool huh??? We just recently got it too...but be aware, there are times when it can bog down some too...not like dial-up, but it will...

downloading stuff is great though...takes like 3 seconds...or at least it seems that fast...LOL....

It's a bit surreal at the moment how fast everything is - LOL!!!

I agree! I tried downloading something while on dial-up an it was like over an hour...so I cancelled it...when I got my dsl, it was done in about 15 minutes.

I'm of the generation that did NOT grow up with computers...so anything cyber driven is like a miracle to me...LOL...
