Will wonders never cease? Attaboy, MS gurus!

What tickles me is that you can see at just a cursory glance where you stand pointwise ... or you have the capability to dig deeper and see just exactly what's gone on with your account. It's a heck of a lot easier to understand than the cryptic statements you get mailed when you ask MS for info.

I sure do like this.

I can't find any of this. All i can see is the same old same old. How can I get to see my reservations?

You go to My DVC at the top menu.

I gotta say, I appreciate thefact that I can look at my contracts and see how the points have been spent, but....

The data that is online is just as cryptic as the statments that you could get get from MS if you requested them. I can't believe how many lines I have associated with one reservation! On one contract I see 6 lines, 7 lines on the second and 5 on the third! Is this really necessary?

Does anyone else see so much activity related to an individual reservation?

Seems like there has to be a better way....

You may need to provide more information in the setup then- I have 4 different contracts at 2 resorts with 4 Use Years and all are on the same page with my login.

Perhaps a call to MS can assist.

I had a similar experience. MS was not able to allow me to see all of my contracts on one screen. I have 4 contracts which share a Club ID # and a 5th which (apparently) has it's own Club ID#.

MS said that I had to register the 'odd' contract to set up the account to be able to see that contract's details.

The MS CM did actually put me on hold and spoke to a Manager to see if there was anyway around this, but she was told no. So--they are aware of this issue and hope of correct it 'sometime in the future'.

It's not the end of the Earth, but it's a bit of a pain having to login to two seperate accounts to 'get the whole picture' - points wise.

Well this just makes me feel sad

When I look up my vacation details it says:

Upcoming Vacations:
You currently do not have any upcoming vacations

I want to go back!!!!

I just logged in and tried this - and it does show me both of my contracts. It's also obviously tied to a real-time system, since I've done several transfers today, and all of those are reflected in my point totals!

Though it IS still difficult to see how many points I have for next year - I had to go to the detail display to see how many I'd banked for next year.

Still, it's a step in the right direction!

I got another of those phone surveys on one of my calls to Member Services today, and again I said I preferred to make my reservations on-line...which I think I've told them every time I've been asked that over the last several years. Maybe one of these days it'll happen.
