Has anyone ever been to Wonderworks? Is it fun? I'm traveling with my DH (it will be his birthday gift) and my DD4. How long does it take to tour? Also, does anyone know if wonderworks is near Medieval times? I'd like to do wonderworks in the morning and Medieval times for dinner.

Okay Wonderworks is on I-Drive...Medieval Times is no where close to there....I have never been in there but i drive by it all the time when in orlando "I told my youngest daughter years ago king kong got mad and flipped the building over"Its my story i'm sticking to it:rotfl2: :rotfl2: Medieval times is off of 192...irlo bronson......sorry if i hacked that name up......The show was really fun my youngest dd(10) still talks about it and we have not been to MT in 3-4 yrs.I hope you and your family have a great Birthday!!!!!!!

That sucks. I was hoping they were close to eachother so that we could drive from wonderworks to medevil times without getting lost which we do easily in Orlando. What about Ripley's believe it or not? Is that close by and is it fun?

Ripleys and wonderworks are both on i-drive......I found ripleys to be a tourist trap...well not worth the money.....Why dont you do a map quest and go to MT????

There are a lot of restaurants and motels along SR 192 in Kissimmee near MT, and a few stores. Ripley's and WonderWorks are both in the stretch of I-Dirve that runs between the Beachline (Rt 528) and West Sand Lake Road. I think that these areas are about 10-12 miles apart. You'd easily be able to do an I-Drive attraction in the morning and MT in the evening with time left over in between - and it's not really difficult to get from one to the other (you'd go south on I-Drive to the intersection with SR 535, turn left onto SR 535 and continue to where it ends at the intersection with SR 192, turn left on SR 192 and go about four miles, MT is on the right).

We went to WonderWorks last year and had a blast! It's also fairly educational as well as entertaining. I think we spent a good 2 hours there.

Thanks everyone. I'm leaning more toward Ripley's since I heard him talking about this recently. Anyway, I plan to do Ripley's in the morning around 10am and then leave plenty of time to get to medieval times for the 7pm show. Thanks for the directions detailor!
