Will The Land be closed in Feb. and if so would the wonders of life pavilion be open?

From info elsewhere on these boards, Wonders of Life is open only "seasonally," which is supposed to mean only at periods of peak attendance, or when the powers that be decide to open it. I think I remember something about The Land undergoing some refurbuishment after the first of the year, but I can't find the info again . Maybe someone else can help?
