Well it took me long enough to find you, but now that I'm here let me introduce the family - DH and myself, DS21, DS19, DS15, and DS12 will be joining the rest of you happy cruisers on the Nov. 16 Disney Wonder sailing! We booked late (9/28) and spur of the moment because of the great prices, but now I'm very anxious to see our room assignments that haven't shown up on our reservation yet....

I'm sure I'm too late for FE; would have been fun.

Just applied for expedited passports on Monday for me, DS15 and DS12. Talk about stressed out! I usually plan our cruise and WDW trips at least 12 months out. In fact, I was looking at the Disney site in anticipation of our WDW trip in Sept 2014 when I saw the cruise prices. I'm wandering around with a dazed look on my face most days trying to wrap my mind around everything I need to do before we cruise - but it's the best kind of stress ever.

We are in the Dallas area and will be driving down on Friday and staying on the island. I found off site cruise parking for $40 instead of $70. Is it worth saving $30 to park offsite? I'm having second thoughts.... Would love to hear from a veteran Galveston cruiser.

Can't wait! This cruise will be such a blessing.

Yay! Welcome aboard! There's not much action on this forum but there's a lively facebook group if you partake of facebooking There may even be a spot or two left in the FE exchange...someone else is heading that up and I know she had a group set up for the last minute arrivals

I still think last minute booking is the best. We've been waiting two years for this cruise so I'm so exhausted and stressed right now I don't know if I even have the energy to be excited But I'm sure I'll feel better once I get a drink of the day in my hand

There is a facebook group for the Nov 16 Wonder cruisers, but all 3 of the FE groups are closed at this time. You can still check out all the other information being shared by folks on this sailing. Not everyone in the FB group is doing fish extenders. There is a forum on this board for shipboard meets - look there for the info about the Nov 16th Wonder group.
