Wonderful Panama Canal Sept 2014

Linda - I will PM you the document link - since this is an open forum and there is a lot of personal information on the sheet we don't want it posted here.

I have 9 more night shifts left before I move to days permenently...13 more work shifts total...some days of course. As of 10/1 I am on day shift after 28 years of nights!!

Cayla

Hi Cayla, Thanks for the help, I found it and have packed and shipped all our FE's to our stateroom today.

11 more night shifts for me as well.

Wait... how is that possible? I work less than you and we work the same amount of shifts?! Gonna' look at the calendar.

So for Princess/Prince night I am Disney Bounding. If you don't know what that is here's the link:

Blue dress, white cardigan, blue bow in my hair. I am debating if I need to bring black shoes.

I work one extra more day than you. So you have 10 shifts left. You should bring a pair of black shoes. You never know when you will need them.

10 more shifts for me tommorow after work im helping with a bbq for the clients at the ward i work at should be fun even if the weather does not help

Hey Gang,

I recently became aware of a new iPhone app that allows cruise guests to communicate with other guests on board the ship through the ship's wi-fi network, but without requiring them to actually log on to the wifi account.

The app is 99 cents and seems to work. I know that the Disney ships have the wave phones, but their texting system wasn't all that great.

Here is a link to the app page: http://ripple-connect.com/index.html?ref=1

Here is a link to the review I read: http://www.cruisewithgambee.com/2014...icator-review/

Works only on iPhones....for now

[Thanks Michael]

We tired it at home, works Great.

We are going next may with our 14 year old son. When you all get back, please allow us to ask you questions on the regular boards. Very curious what special things that will be planned like character breakfast and possible prince and princess tea and for what age kids can attend. Also, if there are any teens out there, would love to hear your perspective. Thanks in advance.

Before we all disperse, and communications becomes spotty, may I offer a big thank you to the folks who have increased our enjoyment of the cruise by helping us get organized, and by helping us to enjoy the anticipation of the fun ahead! In particular:

• davidls, who started the original DISBoards EBPC thread i February of 2013!

• DisneyMouseHouse, who picked up the thread and moved it here to its new home in July of 2013!

• And Padalyn, who created the parallel fb page and facilitated communication for us all!

:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

And there have been many others who deserve our thanks, but let's throw it open: Who else would you like to thank?

Thank you Richard, for those kind words. But, I feel it has been all of you out there going on this cruise, that has made this such a fun and wonderful group. With all of your kind help to each other, and your suggestions on how to make this the GREAT group that it is. Let's get ready to PARTY!!!!:cool1::dance3:

since we are 3 weeks out from starting the cruise if annyone still is interesed in joining the pj breakfast please message me

Hi! I've been following along somewhat as I am able. My mom and I will be aboard (this cruise is especially for her and I'm along for the joyous ride). Still don't know our OGT cabin number yet. Most of you are big planners so I suspect anyone traveling to the WDW Resort from the port would have already made arrangements. If not, since it will just be the two of us, we have some extra room. My preferred driver is from Terry's VIP and it would depend on the number as to what the final price would be. Anyone else looking to share a ride post cruise? We're taking our chances on dining room servers and table mates. We have early dining. Maybe we will be paired with others here. Anyways it is great to be three weeks away!!!:dance3:

20 days to go and still no GTY assignment? Anyone else? I'm getting kinda anxious to be honest :surfweb: :surfweb: :surfweb:
