How about this...

We have a meet up location. the people that do not show up get the list slid under their doors?? Who is going to make up the list with the rotation??? Is someone making the tag magnets??? That way the same people are not getting the gifts everyday.

The way it should go is when you get the "tag" magnet you need to move to the next person on your list and put the magnet on your door. So however many magnets you have on your door you need to tag that many people in order on your list.

Once we get the final list down with room numbers I can do the lists and the magnets. Let me know unless someone else wants to do it.

Looks like you know what you are doing. I had no idea. Since I've not been on the ship before or near the port, just tell me where we are to meet and we'll be there. This is going to be sooo much fun.

My FE arrived this morning from e-bay.

Now all I need to do is buy my gifts. My wife has just had a bright idea what we can bring.

We are really looking forward to it!

I've never done the "tag" thing before. Does everyone get a magnet or is there just one that rotates?


And I just finished printing out the magnets for our door decorations! Woohoo! Another thing off the list.

We will be on the Oct 18th wonder cruise. The FE idea sounds fun, but we have never done it before. I am trying to get info on it and find out how to join/details on how it works, etc. (having a hard time getting an answer!) I have tried to PM "mathewsmom", but have not gotten a response. (maybe I did something wrong?) Can someone help me? Thanks!

This is my first time too. From what I understand, there is a list of every family with the names of the adults and the children. You will be "assigned" date to take your FE gifts to each family. I have either made or bought a three or four items to give to each person that is participating in the FE. We have until September 1st to sign up. Oh yeah, you have to have something to hang up by your door (on the fish) so everyone can put your gifts in. We made ours, but others bought theirs. I hope this gets you started. TwinPrincesses and The Bead Pirate have a good handle on what is going on too.

Look in the gifts section on the website or the paperwork packet. I'm ordering the "Sweet Welcome and Elegant Farewell" champagne package and the bon voyage celebration.

Thinking of doing the Sailaway pack for DH with the binoculars and hydration set and cd case. And the wine package for dinner. Don't know about those yet though- have to see how work goes this month, if I can swing that into the budget.

Yeah, I know what you mean. But these will probably be our souveniers. These and we plan on doing a couple of photo poses since the roaming photographers seem to skip over the areas without the kiddos in them alot.

I'd kill for the pearl mickey head necklace though.....

We spent so much on photos last cruise that we say we are not this time. But I know we will. I know DH will keep me away from that art auction I bought 3 huge pieces last cruise which was a large hunk of cash. We said we were going for the free drink (oops).

I just PM'ed you - let me know if you have any questions. I should be around from Wednesday through the following Thursday as I have the week off. I plan on working on my FE & gifts during that time - as well as finalizing the FE list.

I've just booked the Whishes Dessert Party for the 14th October. Something else, (MNSSHP) that our kids don't know about.

Once my kids go back to school next week we can start to organise things, printing magnets and FE gifts.

Did the "Wonder, Waves and Whishes" graphic ever get off the ground?

I recently found this website. It's so cool that I can chat with my fellow shipmates! My husband and I are going to WDW on 10/14 staying at Wilderness lodge villas for 4 days then our 4 day cruise then back to WDW for another 4 days and staying at Old Key West although we're on a waiting list for a room at Bay Lake which will be about as likely of happening as my becoming Pope. Oh Well. We're Disney Vacation Clubbers and have been for 12 yrs and have enjoyed every trip. We're doing new things this time. This is our first time staying at Wilderness Lodge and our VERY FIRST cruise ever! I'm so siked. We got a room w/ verandah which should be fun. Let's all be praying for NO hurricane hassles.
