Wonder updates - here you go :)

Looks awesome! I'm especially excited about Tiana's. We have to wait until Sept so there will be lots of reviews and all that but it will be new to us at least.

Love the idea of Tiana's! I'll remain cautiously optimistic on how Disney will translate the menu. We lived in the NOLA area a lot of years. We cook the staples regularly. We shall see....

I am so excited with all the upcoming changes!! I loved Princess and the Frog. So happy about Tiana's... Now I can't skip any MDR, we'll have to go to Palo very late so we can have diner twice. LOL

I wish they would bring Palo brunch for three nights. That would help me having the cake and eat it too.

Love the English Pub as well.

We just sailed on the Wonder for our first cruise (and LOVED it), and while I had been leaning towards using our placeholder on the Fantasy in 2018, I'm now thinking I will have to look seriously at the Wonder's itineraries at that time to see all the enhancements.

I'm not sure Cheers is the name for the pub. It could be. But, on the Fantasy & Magic the "pub" is O'Gill's.

O'Gills is Irish while this one is being promoted as English. Some people are very particular about the difference between the two

Yeah, I get that. But "Cheers" isn't "English" (for the most part). It's pretty much considered a Boston thing. Unless they're using the term as a salutation to the new pub. Or, as I said, it could be the name. I don't know.

Thanks Cove, weight probably kept us from having to get a Dunk on my favorite ship. Thinking the Cheers was just the title line for the announcement "cheers to the new English pub". I do love Parrot Cay but am willing to be open about Tina's it might be my new favorite. While they don't mention the atrium, I would be just fine leaving the 2 stairways, they are beautiful. Searching for a possible cruise before she heads to Dry Dock, already scheduled shortly after.

Sorry Shmoo - I think I interpreted your post I quoted the wrong way.

I booked a cruise on the Wonder just a few days ago, for Alaska in the 2017 season. Though we've all known the drydock was scheduled for this year it's a shame I've missed out on both the original Magic and Wonder. I wonder what the upgrades mean for the secret deck on Deck 7? If I recall correctly, they utilised the space on the Magic for provisions related to the new stuff on the pool deck? I know there's the Twist 'n Spout and the water playground going in, but I'm personally hoping the lack of the AquaDunk means the secret deck gets a reprieve... doubtful I know, but it would be nice if they kept some ship-specific features instead of streamlining all the ships.

I would be just fine leaving the 2 stairways, they are beautiful.

I agree, and as the Ariel statue is a different style/shape to the statues on the rest of the fleet it would be nice if they kept the atrium layout a bit different. Sadly, when virtually everything else is getting streamlined I don't have a good feeling...

I saw this at dinner and was so excited I almost blew the surprise trip next year. My wife and I were talking code the whole time as we passed our phones back and forth. So much to look forward to! So glad we just booked Oct 2017!

I am so so happy that they keep the Cadillac Lounge! It seems that they got a lot of feedback that people loved that theme! I wish they would have kept the Route 66 theme as well, that hallway is so amazing and I am so happy that I got to see it! I made sure on my last Wonder cruise to take pictures of the whole Route 66 area and every little detail there!

Overall I think the announced upgrades sound great. They definitely have announced less than what they did with the Magic, so I am thinking that we will hear about more things as time goes on. I remember for the Magic there were all kind of little further posts on the Disney Parks Blog.

Agree!! Love the Route 66 theming and the Cadillac Lounge is so cool.

I also think there might be more updates as they go along.

None mentioned, but I wouldn't be surprised if they still won't add one. It could be that they begin transformation of the space, but finish it up later, as they did with the Magic.

I am really going to miss the Route 66 theme too But I'll still try to embrace the changes, LOL. I'm glad that Cadillac is staying at least.

I am also curious about the name for the pub. The way it is written "Cheers, to a new English Pub" makes me think Cheers is the name (the comma separates it from the rest of the sentence).
