we have booked our holiday as follows. arrive at the beach club 10/14/06 stay for 5 nights then on thursday morning check out and head for our 3 night cruise on the wonder.on sunday morning check in at the grand floridianfor 6 nights.this will be our first cruise.ihave read on these boards you can check in at the resort hotel does that mean ewe dont have to check in at the disney port? please can anyone explan.we will be driving the hire car to the cruise and parkig it for three days .

I believe that the land check in is only available if your purchased the 7 day combo land/sea package directly through DCL. If you booked everything seperately, you will have to check in again at the port.

Correct.....unless you are on the official L/S package, you will have to check in again for the cruise and get a new KTTW card to board the ship and use. Are you possibly on the 4 day land/3 night sea L/S package with just another day added on in front...making it 5 days at Beach Club??? If that is the case, then you would use the same KTTW card and then just get a new one when you check in at Grand Floridan after your cruise.

If all three segments were booked under separate reservations then you would need to check in at each place.

Since you are staying at the Grand Floridian, I assume you are in a suite.

You check in at the hotel, then they give you a small piece of paper that tells you to hand it to someone at the port. They have your gold KTTW cards already printed, and they will give them to you when you show the paper you got at the GF.

Youre already checked in so you can go right to the couches....
