Sailing after a dry-dock isn't really much different than at other times. They are constantly cleaning and maintaining the ships while they're sailing. The big changes will be the re-theming of the public rooms (sorry LoveMickey, I'm pretty sure that they're swapping the ESPN Sky Box for The Stack on the Wonder, too). Some of the carpet will be new and some of the furnishings in the cabins, but you may not even notice any of this. The main things taken care of in drydock are the big structural changes, as well as the maintenance that can't be performed while the ship is afloat, such as to the hull and the propulsion system.
We sailed last fall after the Magic's drydock, and with the exception of the new features, the ship was pretty much the same, I thought.
