We found out we will be on 7th floor, I assume, room 7003. Any ideas what that's like? It has no window. Also, is there anyway that we would be upgraded after getting our docs?

It is forward and high, so there is a possibility of some motion, but probably nothing that will both you. You don't have anything potentially noisy overhead. An upgrade can happen after the docs come, but it's rare.
