Wonder brunch + bridge tour + wine tasting

Is it possible on the four day to do the brunch at Palos, the wine tasting and the bridge tour? I think all three events are offered on the "at sea" day. I know the wine tasting is usually from 3-4, but I don't know the times for the brunch or the bridge tour.

Okay, looks like the brunch is offered from 10:30 - 12:30. Wine tasting from 3-4.

Can anyone help with the last piece of the puzzle - the time of the bridge tour?

Oh, and do you sign up for a particular brunch time slot, or does everyone come at 10:30.

Do you sign up for all of these things as soon as you get on the ship or are there different sign up times? Thanks
